How counselling may help

Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome

Counselling can offer support through many different experiences and stages of life.

You may be responding to a particular event, living with something that has been difficult for some time, or wanting to find a different way of approaching life’s challenges.  You may also be sensing a growing awareness that something doesn't feel quite as it once did, or wish for a space of your own—a place to think, reflect and speak openly.

Every person’s story is different.  These are some of the experiences that commonly bring people to counselling:

You don’t need to arrive with all the answers, a clear explanation for how you feel or what’s troubling, or a particular goal in mind.  You also don’t need to fit neatly into any of these descriptions for counselling to be helpful.

Wherever you find yourself and whatever has brought you here, we can begin there.

If you have any questions or you'd like to arrange an introductory conversation, I'd be very happy to hear from you.
